Do you come to my address?

• Yes! We’re a fully mobile service. Just book an appointment, and we’ll come to your home, driveway, or building to do the tune-up on the spot. 

How long does the Tune-Up Package take?

• Most tune-ups take about 30 to 60 minutes for each bike, depending on the condition.

Do I pay when booking?

• No, payment is due only once the tune-up/repair is completed and your bike is up and running! If you are a first-time client, you will receive your 20% off tune-up package at payment.

What areas do you serve?

• We currently only serve Milton, Ontario. If you're nearby and unsure, just reach out and ask!

Can I always cancel or reschedule?

• Yes. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment without fees if with at least 24 hours notice, or with a $10 cancellation fee if less than 24 hours notice. You can do so through your booking confirmation email or by contacting us at (289) 778-2574.

*In case of poor weather conditions, we may have to reschedule the appointment. We will let you know as soon as possible.

What should I do before my appointment?

• Just have your bike ready and accessible, ideally outside or in a space where we can work. That’s it!
