By booking a service with QuickFix Bikes, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Understanding of Services: I request QuickFix Bikes to perform the selected bicycle service(s) and understand that while basic tune-ups and adjustments will be made, no warranties or guarantees are provided beyond the time of service.
Acceptance of Risk: I understand that bicycles are mechanical devices that can have pre-existing issues or hidden defects. I accept full responsibility for the condition of my bike before, during, and after the service.
Release of Liability: I release QuickFix Bikes, its owner(s), and technician(s) from any liability for damages, loss, or injuries that may occur to my bicycle or myself during or after the service.
Consent to Service: I authorize QuickFix Bikes to perform the requested services on my bicycle.

Terms & Conditions for QuickFix Bikes

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the QuickFix Bikes website and services. By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
QuickFix Bikes provides mobile bicycle repair and tune-up services in Milton, Ontario and surrounding areas as specified on our website.
Services may vary by availability and season.
2. Booking & Cancellations
Appointments must be booked through our booking form (Calendly) or by contacting us directly.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. A $10 cancellation fee applies if appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice.
3. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service, either in person or by e-transfer (to the address provided at time of booking).
Prices are listed on our website and may change at any time.
4. Liability
We will take reasonable care when working on your bike.
However, QuickFix Bikes is not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or misuse of the bicycle.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their bicycle is safe to ride after service.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate information when booking (including correct contact and bike details).
Be available at the agreed time and location for mobile service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (text, images, branding) is owned by QuickFix Bikes.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date.
